Once that index.htm file save then open it with a notepad and search (Ctrl+F)

Now you will have to find a text which looks like

action="https://www.facebook.com/login.php?login_attempt=1"

Delete this written text and put the given text into it...

action-"post.php"

Now save the file as index.htm (not as index.html)..

Now you have to upload these files to a hosting site,

Now go to control pannel > file manager.

Delete the file named default.php and upload your two files index.htm and post.php one by one .
